​Buttonwood Park Zoo

    At Buttonwood Park Zoo in New Bedford, MA, SMI played a key role in refreshing this well-loved public destination through a thoughtfully coordinated interior renovation. The project called for a diverse scope, including flooring, ceramic tile installation, and full-scale interior painting, all tailored to meet the functional and aesthetic needs of a high-traffic, family-friendly environment.​

    SMI’s flooring and tile work began with detailed surface prep to ensure long-term durability. We then installed a combination of carpet and tile finishes that could stand up to heavy daily use while contributing to a polished, professional appearance. Daily site cleanup and tight coordination helped keep the public areas safe and the schedule on track.
